List of all items required (any wood type): Button, Door, Fence, Fence Gate, Hanging Sign, Leaves (yes leaves too), Log, Planks, Boat, Chest Boat, Pressure Plate, Sapling, Shelf, Sign, Slab, Stairs, Trapdoor, Wood.
Nether trees would vary slightly, where there are no boats and the Sapling and Leaves can be replaced by Fungi and Wart Blocks.
