For some reason, when I try to watch the replay, im just in the same world but its reset and its in survival

you can, open .minecraft folder -> logs -> latest.log or something like this: 2026-08-16-1.log.gz

part of the replay got corrupted, working on a fix for next update

this happened to me just now too
...
[02:47:17] [Server thread/ERROR]: Could not start replay after loading its world:

java.io.IOException: The selected player has no replay stream
    at knot//com.draftoutmc.draftout.server.replay.ReplayArchive.firstGeneration(ReplayArchive.java:180)
...

It sounds like this might be fixed already? but I've attached the corrupted(?) replay file and a minimal log file from launching the game and loading that replay only. I've also got the original log too, let me know if you want it

3 Issues Found:
dangerkekw You sent a latest.log, which often lacks critical information. Please send the full Prism log from Edit > Minecraft Log instead.
infokekw Your log has your PC username in it. You might want to delete it.
replyYou can press the Re-Upload Log button so the bot will re-upload the log with the PC username censored.
infokekw You sent your log as a file. Please press the Re-Upload Log button so the log will be re-uploaded to mclo.gs so people can see it without having to download it.

I just remembered, I think my opponent disconnected about 30 or 40 minutes into the game
