I've been playing around with Sniper Duel recently, and I've cooked up this one. It's very similar to other setups, but it uses the skeleton's arrow to press the pressure plate rather than your own.

Yes, it pops when the skeleton's arrow despawns, which always takes 1 minute

Does sim dist need to be up for the arrow to despawn, or does it despawn based on rd

id assume u need to load the chunk for the skele to die to the arrow

time is frozen outside of your sim dist. so yes you need to increase it
