So for more information
* Regen sus stew is crafted from Oxeye Daisies (one of the plains flowers)
* Shipwreck stews can’t be regen
* The same as absorption, egaps and totems also work
* The regen potion is brewed with a ghast tear (can’t really see this being done)
* the potion (as well as egaps and a golden apple) can be obtained pretty frequently in Ancient City chests
* Witches throw regeneration onto illagers during raids
* Trial chamber chests in the cache corridors can have regen potions (these sometimes generate through copper doors), and spawners and ominous spawners have a low chance to drop the potion too when defeated, and ofc you can get gapples too
* You can get the healing power of friendship by trapping an axolotl next to any fish separated by a fencegate or something and open and close the gate until the axolotl targets the fish, then kill it. if an axolotl kills its target, you’ll need to find another axolotl (or wait 2 minutes)
* Perhaps the worst way to get it would be levelling up a fletcher villager for a regen tipped arrow

I think replacing absorption is good as regen is basically just the same but with additional ways of getting it

yes ofc do raids while dodging the regen potions and throwing away the totems for the small chance of being thrown a regen arrow!

id love to see this goal be rotated for absorption, and honestly to rotate a couple goals for sister-like goals every now and then for new seasons or updates agaree
