Not sure if this is a minecraft or a draftout issue, or something got changed in 26.3

Played a game where I broke all workstations in the village, but the villagers didn't lose their jobs. when I spectated the world, the same villagers got reset to jobless.

were you breaking them around noon/meeting time by any chance? because that's a vanilla thing that was also in 26.1 draftout

sometimes they have to get kinda close to where the workstation was to realize it was broken (like 16 blocks or so?)

Happens usually when you break it when they have something they are pathing to from my experience

when during meeting time/night time (when the villagers pathfind far away from their workstations) they dont lose their jobs until they pathfind back to where their workstation originally was

this also happens with villagers that dont have jobs (and cannot take new ones)

because their AI has already selected a workstation (but havent pathfound to it yet)

i think the only way to brute force this is to take a villager so far away from their workstation/bed that the AI breaks (height limit for star trader, etc.)

I thought the distance for when they forget the workstation is purely horizontal?
